Students from Lobachevsky University win the «Viet Vo Dao» championship

From March 19 to 22, the Russian Championship in Oriental martial arts (the «Viet Vo Dao» discipline) was held in Moscow. Athletes from different regions of Russia participated in the competition.

Nadir Alibegov and Ivan Shmelev, students of the UNN Faculty of Physical Education and Sports, took the first places in their respective weight categories.

The athletes will then compete in the World Championship to be held in Bologna (Italy) later this year.
