"UNN Accelerator": a workshop on leadership and team management held at Lobachevsky University

On November 19, the UNN Innovation Centre hosted an intensive workshop "Change Management in a Team. Communication within a Team, Conflict Resolution. Leadership Development" as part of the UNN Accelerator programme.

Its participants had a chance to delve into modern approaches to managing teams in a rapidly changing environment. The workshop enabled attendees to acquire tools for effective communication, learn to resolve conflicts constructively, and develop essential leadership qualities needed by every manager to successfully lead a team.

Particular emphasis was placed on the following  aspects:

- Modern methods of change management in a team

- Effective communication techniques within a team

- Conflict resolution strategies

- Key competencies for a 21st century leader.

The workshop marked a significant step in the professional development of the participants and offered a unique opportunity to gain new knowledge and skills that contribute to the successful growth of businesses and career advancement.
