UNN international students meet with a representative of the Religious Board of Muslims

A meeting between international students of Lobachevsky University and Munir-hazrat, a representative of the Religious Board of Muslims of the Nizhny Novgorod region, took place in the conference hall of the UNN Fundamental Library.

The distinguished guest introduced the students present at the meeting to the cultural traditions of local Muslims and emphasised the importance of proper conduct from the perspective of Muslim theology. He also highlighted the significance of fostering interfaith and universal tolerance and friendship for the sake of peace.

After the official part of the meeting, the discussion turned into an open dialogue. The students had the opportunity to talk personally with the representative of the Religious Board, ask questions, and share their impressions.
