UNN international students visit Arsenal

On March 10, a museum lesson was organized for international students of Lobachevsky University at the Modern Art Center "Arsenal". The class was centered around the exhibition of Nikolai Kasatkin "The Nature of Painting, Painting Nature". The participants together with the guide reflected on the nature of painting, learned to interpret the works of art on their own and made imaginary walks deep into the artist's landscapes. Of particular interest to the young guests was the work of Nikolai Kasatkin "The Beginning", the artist's last and final work.
Having learned about the history of its creation, the students proposed their own names for this painting, including "Clean you mind", "Every ending could be a real beginning".
