UNN researcher Maria Koryazhkina receives a Ph.D. from the University of Palermo
On 12 March 2021, Maria Koryazhkina, associate researcher of the UNN Research Centre "Physics of Solid State Nanostructures", defended her thesis on "Resistive switching in memristors based on yttria-stabilized zirconia" in a remote meeting of the Commission for final examinations of postgraduate students of cycle XXXIII at the University of Palermo and was awarded a Ph.D. degree.
The defence took place within the framework of the Joint Doctoral Programme, in accordance with the agreement between Lobachevsky University and the University of Palermo concluded in April 2005. The dissertation research was supported by a mega-grant from the Government of the Russian Federation (Agreement №074-02-2018-330 (2). The grant project is implemented in the Laboratory for Stochastic Multistable Systems (StoLab) at the UNN Research Centre "Physics of Solid State Nanostructures" under the supervision of the leading scientist Professor Bernardo Spagnolo.
