UNN ski orienteering team takes 3rd place in national competition

The Lobachevsky University team took part in the All-Russian Ski Orienteering competition among students of higher educational institutions. The tournament was held in the forests near Dubravny settlement in Nizhny Novgorod.

In the team event, Lobachevsky University students took third place, behind South Ural State University and Moscow State University.

In the individual classification:

• In sprint ski race, Ekaterina Stepanova took 2nd place, Alexandra Gulevskikh took 3rd place
• In classic style ski race Ekaterina Stepanova took 2nd place
• In relay ski race (3 persons) Ekaterina Stepanova, Alexandra Gulevskikh, Anastasia Eremina took 2nd place.
