UNN students take part in the international forum-festival

On December 4-7,  the Federal Territory “Sirius” in Sochi hosted the international forum-festival “STUDENT TOURISM-2024”.  Leaders in the field of youth and student tourism, ambassadors and heads of tourist clubs from Russia, EAEU and CIS countries gathered there to discuss new ideas and approaches to the development of the industry in 2025. Lobachevsky University was represented by its students Varvara Charikova (Institute of International Relations and World History), Liana Gallyamova (Institute of Economics) and Kristina Zubtsova (Faculty of Physical Education and Sports).

The forum had two main tracks of events: a business programme and a cultural and educational programme. The work of the business programme was arranged in three areas: organising committees, ambassadors and student clubs. The participants engaged in the discussion of innovative solutions for 2025.

The forum also featured plenary and strategic sessions, lectures, master classes and partner workshops. The key event was a plenary discussion where invited experts discussed current trends and vectors of youth tourism development in the coming year.
