UNN team wins bronze at Sambo Championship

The all-Russian competition among university teams, the Sambo Student League Championship, was held in Bryansk. Eleven teams from nine regions of the Russian Federation took part in the tournament.

The Lobachevsky University team secured the bronze medals. The university's Sambo wrestlers Veronika Efimova (Faculty of Radiophysics), Nikita Pogozhev (Institute of Economics), Arseny Cherkasov (Institute of International Relations and World History), Dmitry Klushin (Faculty of Law), and Ilya Tavankov (Faculty of Physical Education and Sports) can be proud of their successful performance at the competition.
