UNN team wins medals in cross-country skiing marathon

The Lobachevsky University team earned several medals in the cross-country skiing marathon. The programme of the event included the mass start 50km and 30km races. Taking part in the marathon were both professional athletes and amateur skiers. Athletes from neighbouring areas: Yaroslavl, Ivanovo, Kirov, Vladimir, Ryazan regions, as well as the republics of Mordovia, Chuvashia and Mari El also competed in the marathon.

Nikita Arkhipov and Natalya Dudnikova, students of the UNN Faculty of Physical Education and Sports, won first places in their age categories, and Valeria Komissarova came second.
