UNN wins team event at the Universiade in cross-country skiing

The UNN team became the winner in the team event at the Universiade in cross-country skiing. The athletes competed for medals over two days.

Nikita Arkhipov, a 1st year student of Lobachevsky University, took 1st place in the individual 5km race. Valeria Komissarova was the silver medallist in the 3km race.

Lobachevsky University students were victorious in the 3x3 km girls' relay and 4x5 km men's relay. The second place went to the team of the Nizhny Novogorod Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and the third place to the Nizhny Novogorod University if Civil Engineering and Architecture.
