WOW! RUSSIA: contest for international students about studying in Russia

The Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, in collaboration with the autonomous non-profit organisation «National Priorities», is holding the WOW! RUSSIA competition for international students at Russian universities. The aim of the contest is to promote Russian education among prospective applicants from abroad. Participants are invited to post media content about life and studying in Russia on social media platforms.

To take part in the contest, you have to make and share a video or photo post about life or studies in Russia on social media. The post should be in your native language.

               The contest is taking place in the following categories:

• Education. Study without filters.
• Tourism and travel. Russia through the lens.
• Culture. Russia between the lines.
• Life. Lessons from Russia.

                The winners in each category will be awarded:

• a journey across Russia as part of the «More Than Travel» programme;
• an opportunity to undertake an internship at the regional information centre of the TASS agency;
• participation in an educational media workshop organised by the National Priorities NGO;
• official contest merchandise.
