Alexander Kusakin, a 4th year student of the Law Faculty of Lobachevsky University, proposed to introduce the concept of "work of science, literature and art created by technical means" into the Civil Code. Alexander, who is majoring in the area of study "Legal Support of National Security", presented his project at the All-Russian Digital Contest for Professional Training of Young Specialists.

The competition started in April 2023 and consists of several stages. It is organized by the Council for the Development of the Digital Economy under the Federation Council and the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration.

Alexander Kusakin's work was recognized as the winner in the "Legislative Initiative" category. The author will now present his project to the Federation Council.
