On November 20, the National Centre for Physics and Mathematics opened the first All-Russian School on Artificial Intelligence and Big Data for students and young scientists. 17 representatives of several regions of the Russian Federation take part in the school. They will get acquainted with the work of the Centre's educational facilities and laboratories and attend lectures by leading experts from a number of research institutes.

The lectures introduce participants to the issues of modern technological development, in particular artificial intelligence and cybersecurity, methods of using artificial intelligence to solve problems of predictive modelling in complex technological systems and to formulate managerial decisions.

The methodology of the school implies an introduction to the theoretical basis and to the fields of practical application of the systems being described. Each participant will present his/her research work and discuss the results with experts.

The research school is supported by Rosatom State Corporation and the Institute of Theoretical and Mathematical Physics.
