On December 15, a group of international students of Lobachevsky University majoring in fundamental computer science and IT visited MERA Networks, one of the leading companies in the field of information technology. MERA Networks develops custom software solutions for manufacturers of ICT equipment and software.
The students were offered a tour of the company, and the company’s leading experts briefed them on the latest developments in the field of IP telephony and other innovative projects being implemented by MERA Networks. They also met with Sydney Pandhla from Zimbabwe, a graduate of Lobachevsky University who is currently an employee of MERA Networks.

At the end of the meeting,  one of the leading experts of MERA Networks gave the students a master class on the use of typed programming languages such as C ++. Thanks to this event, UNN international students were given a glimpse of their future profession from the inside, they got acquainted with some modern trends and innovative projects in the field of information technology and gained valuable experience of communicating with leading IT experts.
