STAGES
The Olympiad is held on-line from September until February in Russian or in English language and usually includes two stages (portfolio contest and solving Olympiad tests & projects). The Ph.D. applicants will also pass through the interview with their prospective scientific supervisors as the third stage of the contest.
Stage 1. Qualifying round:
September 15 – December 10, 2022
Everyone (foreign citizens, stateless people or Russian compatriots) is invited to participate in the qualifying stage.
The first (qualifying) stage format is a portfolio contest.
Portfolio checking period: December 12– 22, 2022.
December 23, 2022 – Publication of the results of the first stage
Stage 2. Testing round:
January 10 – 19, 2023.
The second stage format consists of solving Olympiad tests & projects.
This stage is a final round for Master track.
Checking period: January 11 - February 1, 2022
Publication of the results of the second stage: February 2, 2023
Filing and reviewing appeals period: February 2-7, 2023
Publication of lists of winners and prize-winners of the Olympiad on the Master's track: February 10, 2023
Stage 3. Track for PhD Students:
February 1– March 9, 2023.
This stage includes interviews of Ph.D. applicants with their prospective scientific supervisors.
The second stage format consists of solving Olympiad tests & projects.
